Baked Brie

Winter has arrived and with it the urge to cook delicious creamy decadent dishes. I cut a lovely round of brie filled it with a tangy tomato chilli jam then placed it into my cheese baker.  Topped with some fresh thyme and baked until soft.  The result was a fragrant creamy cheese dip which I enjoyed with friends over the long weekend.  So simple but very well received.
