Well here goes, my first In My Kitchen post which if I can manage the technical details will be linked to Celia's blog Fig Jam and Lime Cordial. There are many great In My Kitchen Posts and I look forward to joining the IMK community!
Meet Mr T, a very relaxed dude I picked up on a recent trip to Melbourne at this cool little gadget shop in St Kilda. Love making my morning cuppa!
Flowers, just a reminder that spring is around the corner.
Asian noodle soup, which is a regular on our winter table. This time I cheated and added roast duck purchased from the Chinese restaurant at Belconnen Markets.
Mangosteen - far too pretty to cut open and eat.
Baked ham and egg muffins with basil and parmesan cheese.
Another winter warmer, baked macaroni and cauliflower bake. As much as I enjoy the winter comfort food I am starting to crave light summer dishes. We are so lucky in Canberra to enjoy all the seasons and the chance to follow the seasons with our cooking.
Summer on a plate.
Cupcakes baked and decorated by Master C to raise money for the RSPCA.
Angus, always on the lookout for a morsel that may fall on the ground.
Thanks for visiting and I am already thinking about what will be happening in September in my kitchen.
