This month is a celebration of spring. The bitter winds and cold temperatures of a long Canberra winter have been replaced by sunshine, budding trees, flowers and a warm wind that is gently blowing through my home as I sit and write. My thoughts have turned to light fresh foods that I will consume over the coming months. I just love living in this city which allows me to enjoy all four seasons, here are a few photos of my garden along with a few bites that we have enjoyed this month.
